The sweet Thai Plum dipping sauce complements this dish perfectly.

Traditional Pad Thai.
We opted to go for strictly Tofu in our entrée but Chicken or Prawns (in addition to tofu) are the usual options.
Pan – Fried Noodles tossed in a sweet & savory Tamarind sauce are finished with Egg, Green Onion, Bean Sprouts,
Julienne Carrots, Cabbage & Ground Peanuts.
Such a well balanced dish, full of flavor and great textures, a definite winner in our books!
Recommendations: Give the Pad Thai
(Chicken, Prawn or Tofu)
and
Pad Med Ma- Muang
(Chicken or Prawn with sautéed vegetables and roasted cashews)
a try.
Neither will disappoint!
